Currently shipping to Canada and the USA

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is based on the total weight of all items in the cart. 

Canadian Flat Rates:

$22.00  0-1kg   (1-2 items)

$28.00  1-2kg   (1 large item, or multiple small/medium items)

$35.00  2kg+    (I will contact you if your order requires multiple boxes, additional shipping charges may apply)

USA Shipping Rates are determined by your address and preferred method of shipping, calculated at checkout. 

Notice for USA Customers: The tariff situation is in flux right now. I am doing my best to navigate getting orders smoothly through customs with as few extra fees as possible, but please be aware that extra import charges may apply. Any additional charges are out of my control and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Thank you for your understanding! 

Shipping times

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be packaged for shipping. Once brought to the post office it will take approximately 4-8 days to arrive within Canada, US shipping times will vary. 

I am currently using UPS as a carrier for orders within Canada and the US. This is subject to change as we monitor the ongoing Canada Post Strike. 

Local pickup

This will always be a free option! If you select "Local Pickup" at checkout, I will email you shortly after with the pickup location details and time, usually within 1-3 business days. 

Packaging 

I use paper products for all of my packaging and try to use as much recycled material as possible. Your fragile ceramic pieces are packaged with care and always given ample padding. Presentation is also important, the packaging is suitable if you are sending an item as a gift. Purchase receipts are sent by email and not included in your package. 

Returns

Currently due to the complicated nature of shipping, I am not accepting returns on shipped items. If you are unhappy with your order please contact me as soon as you receive it. 

If your item was damaged in shipping please contact me as soon as you receive it so I can start an insurance claim. Most items are one of a kind, so exact exchanges are not possible.
